2. Purchase and acceptance
This offer covers the selected CartDialog plan and incorporates these Terms, Payment and service delivery, Cancellation and refunds, and the pricing page. Review them before purchasing. Confirming a paid checkout accepts the selected plan, final price and disclosed recurring schedule. Merely visiting the site does not authorize payment.
3. Service supplied
CartDialog is an online subscription service for AI customer support in Magento stores, including product recommendations, order tracking, return guidance, human handoff and plan-dependent analytics. Features require merchant setup, approved knowledge and working store integrations.
4. Payment methods and currency
The pricing page shows monthly and yearly plan prices and included limits. WayForPay hosts the secure Visa/Mastercard payment page; Apple Pay and Google Pay depend on provider and device availability. Check the final amount, currency, taxes and payment schedule before confirming. Bank conversion or fees may apply. We do not receive or store full card numbers, expiry dates or CVV.
5. Electronic delivery and activation
The service is delivered electronically through your account at https://cartdialog.com. No physical goods, shipping fees or courier delivery are involved. Account access follows registration; paid access is activated only after we verify the provider payment. A browser redirect alone does not activate a plan.
6. Recurring subscriptions
Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the monthly or yearly interval, for the amount and currency accepted at checkout, until cancelled. Trial activation and authorization of recurring payments are separate steps. Price changes for a future period are communicated before they apply.
7. Cancellation
The workspace owner can stop future recurring payments from Billing or contact billing@cartdialog.com before the next renewal. Cancellation is confirmed after the provider accepts it. Access remains available until the current paid period ends. Cancellation does not reverse an already processed payment or automatically refund unused days.
8. Refund eligibility
Refund requests are reviewed individually for duplicate or incorrect charges, unauthorized transactions and confirmed non-delivery of the paid service. We compare payment and service records and explain whether a full or partial refund is appropriate. Mandatory rights under applicable law are preserved.
9. Responsibilities and limits
You must own each connected store or have its owner’s authorization. Protect account access and provide lawful, accurate content. AI answers and integrations can be incomplete or unavailable; merchants remain responsible for customer-service decisions. The service does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, universal compatibility or commercial results.
10. Applicable law
